Marketing and Events Coordinator

Job Description:


The Marketing and Events Coordinator is a member of the PYA Waltman Client Service Team focused on providing professional and efficient marketing, client appreciation, and administrative support and service to PYAW clients and employees.


Oversee marketing initiatives to include website, print ads, and community involvement.
Maintain and continuously update website including design and content.
Manage blog posts, articles, and client communication on various social media channels
Serve as liaison to PYA marketing team.
Participate in community outreach, networking, and marketing activities to promote the PYAW brand.
Coordinate client and staff events, including but not limited to the annual staff retreat and monthly staff gatherings, as well as client communications and celebrations, including the client gifts process.
Provide general administrative and office management duties:
Assist with scheduling for clients.
Serve as back-up for front desk staff


High School Diploma required
Minimum of three years of work experience in an administrative role required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Experience with various marketing platforms preferred
