Collaborate with internal and external constituencies to ensure client service excellence, business continuity, and confidentiality
Develop strong and trusted relationships with PYA clients through professional and effective communications to assist in resolving client requests in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to the management team, including check-ins on project status, calendaring appointments, data entry, scanning, and filing
Maintain and update documents, deliverables, and reports related to client projects and tracking
Provide back-up to administrative and operations colleagues as needed
Professional services firm experience is a plus
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software programs
Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills
Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and discretion in contacts at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
Full-time and in-office position. Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Overtime required at peak times, and as needed.
