Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

The Logistics Associate II is responsible for the successful daily execution of receiving, stocking, picking, configuring, and shipping of Elo’s products. He or she will operate with a high degree of safety, responsiveness, and accuracy to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately and on time using system provided documentation
Receive, unload and put away incoming inventory items accurately and appropriately
General maintenance, organization, and cleaning of shipping, receiving, storage, and service areas
Operation of various types of material handling equipment including narrow aisle reach trucks and forklifts in compliance with Elo’s safety procedures
Conduct or participate in weekly inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory availability accuracy
Perform basic level OS (Operating System) loads across various product lines
Provide support for all functions within the operation as needed
Must adhere to Company EH&S policy and procedures when preforming job duties
Other duties or tasks as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of logistics experience
Certified and licensed to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other material handling equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems and various technologies
Familiarity with 5s methodology

Specific Professional Skills/Competencies:

Team player with good communication and organizational skills
Ability to use systems, tools, and technologies
Demonstrated communication skills (written and verbal)
Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements
Ability to sit, stand, bend or walk for prolonged periods of time
