Job Description:

Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and office staff. Maintain consistent work flow with scheduling of appointments in a time frame based on the needs of the customers and vehicles. Initiate contact to develop new customer base and maintain relationship with existing customers.

Assistant Branch Manager - Level 1 Job Duties:

Prepare service appointments based on customer inquiries.
Perform vehicle surveys to determine and understand usage patterns to accommodate individual customer needs when scheduling service appointments.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information.
Prepare and oversee the creation of vehicle maintenance reports, ensure notes are detailed, complete and accurate.
Prepare quotes, service records, and invoices.
Process billing on a daily basis.
Process payments and maintain records, following guidelines of standard operating procedures.
Coordinate between the parts department and technicians to ensure preparations are made in advance to manage timely service appointments.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer inquiries and responses in computer system.
Improve quality of service by recommending improved processes; identifying services that will be of benefit to the customer and communicating recommendations to customer.
Follow up with customer to ensure services performed were understood by customer and follow up to ensure their expectations were satisfied.


Skills/Qualifications: A Business Major Degree Preferred, Prior Management Experience Preferred, Enthusiastic and Positive Personality, A Teachable Attitude, Good Time Management, Punctual and Dependable, Product/Industry Knowledge, Data Entry Skills, Well Organized w/ Attention to Detail, Excellent Verbal Communicator, Reporting Skills, Customer Focused, General Consulting Skills, Multi-tasking, Strong Computer Skills, and a Professional Appearance.

Required education:
At least two years of college. Recent College Grads encouraged to apply.

Required experience:
Logistics and/or Management experience
