Operations Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and be flexible
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace

Duties:
-Promptly respond to and communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner via email or telephone
- Manage various email accounts
- Delegate tasks to appropriate staff
- Schedule monthly strategy sessions, photoshoots, and other meetings with clients as needed
- Distribute photos and monthly reports for social media and web clients
- Ensure calendar information is accurate and up-to-date
- Attend daily staff meeting
- Other organizational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager

Position can be remote work from home or in the office depending on the candidate's preference.
