By leveraging technology to ensure accurate, reliable, secure, and fast shipping, we have quickly established ourselves as a world-class fulfillment company and were ready for more.
Red Stag is a unique and special organization. We understand that our Team Members are our most important asset. We have grown into one of Americas best order fulfillment companies by building a team of people who are eager to be a part of our growth. Our Team Members show up and give their all every day. Our core values are of paramount importance and inform and guide all our decisions.
We treat others with dignity and respect.
We sweat the small stuff.
We have positive attitudes.
We act like we own it.
We are hiring an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our team in our Knoxville, TN office. This person will support the CEO and several key members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in their daily operations. This is a full- time role, reporting directly to our CEO and working primarily out of our Knoxville HQ (with occasional travel required).
About the role:
The world of eCommerce is moving at lightning speed, and the pace of change requires an enthusiastic team member who has impeccable attention to detail, excellent verbal & written communication skills, a capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and a comfort with independence. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling highly confidential information and will maintain the utmost professionalism while working with all Team Members, clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and special project support for our ELT and will assist in keeping the ELT's time and communications organized so they can focus on the most important and impactful parts of their job.
You are the one we are looking for if:
You are a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, with a keen eye for detail. You know that details matter and you truly sweat the small stuff. You enjoy interacting with a multitude of people daily, and enjoy keeping an organized, well-planned schedule. You truly live to serve and view your role as enabling others to focus their efforts on the things
they are best in the world at doing. In fact, your personal motto might be, I focus on the work that I can do so you can focus on the work only you can do.
You think of yourself as a time multiplier for the stakeholders you serve. You are a deeply loyal individual with a mind that is a steel trap regarding confidential information. You abhor gossip, you dont participate in it, and you ruthlessly (but respectfully) shut it down when you see it.
You understand that part of the commitment to enabling our ELT Team Members to serve our company and clients at the top of their game, that you must strive to anticipate needs and eliminate friction at work whenever possible. This means you know how to stay five steps ahead of your leader, clearing the path for him or her to make their greatest contribution.
You are seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and be part of assisting the leaders of the organization in serving and growing the business. Because of this you arent afraid to roll up your sleeves, get up to speed quickly, and do whatever it takes to get the job done. If you are more comfortable with someone directing your day-to-day activity i.e., telling you exactly what to do then this is not the position for you. But, if you like the idea of diving right in, getting stuff done, and actively growing in new areas, then this might be your perfect fit.
Expected Outcomes and Responsibilities:
