Administrative Project Coordinator

Job Description:

PYA is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. For more information about PYA, please visit


Produce various client deliverables, including reports, project lists, and proposal letters by formatting, inputting information, and creating text, data, and graphics
Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing documents electronically; create and maintain projects in workflow software
Self-review work products
Maintain project documentation and pulls information from multiple databases
Daily support of approximately three to five managers


Associate degree or pursuit of an associate degree preferred
1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional services firm/office setting preferred
Intermediate-level experience in producing and editing Microsoft Office documents; with an emphasis in Word and Excel
Familiarity with SalesForce/Financial Force is a plus
Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and ownership when dealing with support tasks
Detail-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to establish priorities in order to balance an array of tasks with competing deadlines
Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills at all levels – both within and outside the Firm
Excel in working independently and within a professional team environment with the ability to cover for other Administrative Assistants as needed


Full-time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Overtime will be required as needed.
